MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND PRODUCT SAFETY

The artwork management process is handled through our proprietary software E-Grafimed, specifically designed to ensure full traceability of artwork revisions. This system provides fast and easy access to historical data, technical specifications, and the reasons behind each change.

We have also developed e-story, a digital archiving platform that stores all materials related to artwork development, including quality control reports. This allows clients to access complete documentation of all processed files at any time.

To ensure the highest quality standards, our PDF files are generated using customized pre-flight profiles, tailored to each client’s needs. These profiles verify elements such as colors, fonts, overprints, and more—minimizing potential delays or issues during final product printing.

Visual checks and software-assisted inspections are performed by our graphic operators and repeated by our Quality Control team, which certifies accuracy and print-readiness of each file.
